SMS Notification Terms

Program description

OT Nexus may send operational text messages to authenticated internal users of OT Freight Services LLC who voluntarily enable SMS for their own account. Messages may relate to time-sensitive freight workflow events, such as a quote ready for action, a load ready to book, a dispatch exception, or an integration failure.

How users opt in

Opt-in occurs inside the authenticated OT Nexus application. The SMS setting is disabled by default. A user must enter and verify their own mobile number, review the SMS disclosure, and actively enable SMS. Administrators cannot enable SMS for another user.

Consent

By enabling SMS, the user consents to receive recurring operational text messages from OT Freight Services LLC through OT Nexus. Consent is optional and is not a condition of access to OT Nexus, employment, or any purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on operational activity and the user's notification settings. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Users may disable SMS at any time in OT Nexus. Where supported, reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact sms@otfreightservices.com or 704-831-6407.

Message content

SMS messages are operational and informational, not promotional. They provide awareness and direct the recipient back to OT Nexus for details. Messages do not intentionally include rates, precise addresses, customer names, commodity details, other individuals' phone numbers, or sensitive operational information.

Privacy

Mobile phone information, opt-in data, and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
